1.GENERAL - DDCARDS (the "Company") assists other individuals, businesses, artists, entertainers, and original content owners ("Clients") to operate promotions, contests, sweepstakes, and other promotional activities ("Promotions") through it's own website (www.dd-cards.com, the "Website"). The Company is also occasionally active with it's own Promotions. All Promotions, whether internal or external, may collect personally identifiable information as well as anonymous data regarding the Promotion itself, from individuals who choose to enter a particular Promotion. The privacy of our Clients and the people who enter Promotions is important to DDCARDS. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") provides details about the personally identifiable information that the Company collects on behalf of our Clients and for our own use, and the ways in which the Company uses that personally identifiable information. 2.CONSENT By disclosing any information to the Company through the website you consent to the collection, storage and use of such information by the Company as set out in this Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

3.DATA PROTECTION - DDCARDS complies with the Data Protection Act 1998, including all amending Spanish legislation and EU directives.

4.SECURITY - DDCARDS endeavours to protect the security of the information we collect as much as we endeavour to protect our own information and network. We employ firewalls and store all of our files and information on secure terminals. Also, all our passwords are protected by encryption technology.

5.USE OF DATA FOR PROMOTIONS DDCARDS operates two types of Promotions: Client Promotions and Company Promotions.

1) Client Promotions DDCARDS operates Promotions on behalf of it's Clients and in doing so, may collect personally identifiable information as an aspect of those services, such as e-mail addresses, through the Website. The Company does not internally use any of the data collected. The Company collects such personally identifiable information solely for the use of it's Clients and the operation of the particular Promotion. Personally identifiable information collected from different client Promotions is never mixed, combined, nor shared with anyone other than the Client on whose behalf the information was collected. The Company does not exploit or sell any data collected on behalf of it's clients in any way whatsoever. Also, the Company does not maintain data beyond the conclusion or termination of Client Promotions (other than for back-up purposes on the Client's behalf), nor does it share data across Promotions. The Company strictly limits access to all personally identifiable information within it's organization and Data is never shared outside of the Company for any reason whatsoever (except, of course, for appropriate governmental or legal requests). Personally identifiable information collected by the Company on behalf of a Client belongs solely to that particular Client and will only be used in accordance with that particular Client's privacy policy. An individual's desire to "opt-out" of receiving marketing or other information from a Client will be handled in accordance with that particular Client's privacy policy and business practices and is ultimately not the responsibility of the Company. Furthermore, the Company requires it's Clients, by contract, to use the data collected on it's behalf in accordance with generally accepted and recognized privacy standards for both offline and online data, which includes an "opt-out" method for individuals who have provided personally identifiable information. The Company, ultimately, is not responsible whatsoever for data collected on behalf of it's Clients once such data is in it's Client's possession.

2) Company Promotions Occasionally, DDCARDS also runs Promotions for it's own purposes. These Promotions are aimed at generating interest and awareness in the Company's products and services from other businesses or individuals. The Company may use the personally identifiable information collected in such Promotions as sales and marketing leads and to contact businesses or individuals by email, mail or phone to discuss their potential interest in working with DDCARDS. The Company will never sell or "monotize" such information, share it with another business, or use it for any purpose other than promoting the Company's own, central business. After participating in one of DDCARDS Promotions, if you wish to "opt-out" of being contacted by the Company, you may do so in writing (including a copy of your D.N.I. or Passport/Driver's License) by sending an email to remove@dd-cards.com or by sending the physical documentation to our mailing address below. You must include the name of the particular promotion in the Subject Line of the email or in the title of your physical correspondence.

6.ANONYMOUS DATA The Company also has the ability to collect anonymous data other than personally identifiable information for either of the two (2) kinds of Promotions it operates online. This information will not reveal your personal identity (it is anonymous). The Company may collect information about the last site you visited prior to the Promotion or about your activity during your visit to the Promotion site. Your IP address may also be used to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. The Company may collect information about your computer configuration, such as your browser type, operating system, or ISP domain name. Any such information collected may be used by the Company to administer the technical and operational aspects of this site, and may include using your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server. The Company may use cookies to assist in performing some or all of these activities including to limit your ability to access a Promotion more times than appropriate. 7.CHILDREN'S PRIVACY PROTECTION - DDCARDS Promotions are not available to anyone under the age of 13 unless otherwise specifically indicated. However, the Company does operate some Promotions on behalf of it's clients which may collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In such cases, the Company and it's Clients comply fully with all aspects of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") in the operation of the Promotion, the collection of the information itself and in the subsequent use of the data collected. No personally identifiable information will be collected from children under the age of 13 without parental consent in compliance with the COPPA guidelines.

8.LEGAL DISCLOSURES - IN ADDITION TO THE DISCLOSURES REASONABLY NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSES IDENTIFIED ELSEWHERE IN THIS POLICY, THE COMPANY MAY DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE EXTENT THAT IT IS REQUIRED TO DO SO BY LAW, IN CONNECTION WITH ANY LEGAL PRECEEDINGS OR PROSPECTIVE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS, AND IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH, EXERCISE OR DEFEND IT'S LEGAL RIGHTS.
